Royal Ascot 2019 is officially here, and day one has seen a flurry of outfits and hats as celebrities, models and the public arrive ahead of a full week at the racecourse.

But for those who have battled the train strikes and arrived at the racecourse Royal Ascot ready, there are some amazing outfits to be seen.
And so far, bold colours and quirky hats have made the cut.
Splashes of bright pink and orange have been popular among those attending the races, as well as huge fascinators complete with feather detaliling.
Some have gone for pastel hues – like Victoria’s Secret model, Georgia Fowler – while others have favoured two-piece suits over dresses.
Georgia opted for a pink Tom Ford dress and Philip Treacy hat.
One racegoer chose a bright pink hat complete with horses emblazoned around the rim.
