Usually when we see Megan Thee Stallion, she’s experimenting with bold and colorful hairstyles, but she’s also not afraid to show off her natural texture. Last year, for example, when shelter-in-place orders went into effect in most states and left many celebs without the help of their glam squads, the “WAP” rapper shared a video on Instagram of her embracing her naturally curly hair.
“Lol I feel naked with out my wig,” she captioned a short video of her shoulder-length curls and bangs back in April. The video has since been deleted from her page, but she’s shared a handful of other selfies and videos in the months following where she’s seen letting her real hair thrive. In December, she posted a video of her freshly washed curls and asked her fans for product recommendations from their favorite Black-owned hair brands, as she’s currently trying to see how long and healthy she can get her hair. By the looks of one of her most recent posts in partnership with Mielle Organics, she’s still doing everything she can to nurture her natural hair at home, and we’re just hoping she’ll share more of her journey.
