A Place In The Sun presenter Jasmine Harman has revealed that she’s feeling “gutted” after getting “in a muddle” and making an error. Taking to Instagram, the property expert candidly opened up about her mistake, which saw her miss her favourite gym class, telling fans that she was “gutted” as she was looking forward to having a “bit of a boogie” this afternoon.
I’m so gutted!
In view of her 88,700 followers, the Channel 4 star revealed that she had just made an error which resulted in her missing the group dance class.
Walking away from her gym, a glum-faced Jasmine confessed to her mistake.
She told her fans: “Can you hear how much fun they’re having up in that class? In that Zumba?
“That was the class I was supposed to be in today but I got the time wrong!
“I’m so gutted!” Jasmine added, clearly frustrated.
The star revealed that she did have a contingency plan, but couldn’t quite bring herself to commit to it.
Jasmine went on: “And I was thinking I should just go to the gym instead but I really can’t face the gym.
“I don’t know, it’s just that I was really looking forward to having a bit of a boogie and shaking my bootie…” the property star admitted.
Apologising to her instructor, the mother-of-two signed off by revealing that she was determined to make it to the class soon.
“Anyway I’m sorry Ylena I missed the class, I got all in a muddle, but I’ll be back soon,” she said.
The star’s video comes shortly after she took to social media to share an honest post about her body and recent weight gain.
Alongside a lengthy post on Instagram, Jasmine shared a picture of herself in a crop top and leggings.
The Channel 4 star, who recently said that her weight has fluctuated over the years, admitted that she was unsure about sharing the candid image.
Jasmine penned: “I’ve been doing a lot of soul searching about sharing my progress photos and a few people have encouraged me to practice what I preach about body positivity, not feeling like you have to hide, whatever your body size or shape.
“It is hard for me to share this photo, as I still don’t feel ‘ready’ and I’m hoping no-one will ‘body-shame’ me,” she added.
“I was thinking by of putting it on my story so at least it would vanish after 24 hours, then I realised this would be my 1400th post and If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I like to say something a bit deep and meaningful every 100 posts!(sic)
“So here it is. Yes I’ve got a big tum. Whatever,” she definitely added.
“I hope someone out there will feel empowered and represented.
“Not everyone on IG had the perfect bod or the perfect life,” Jasmine continued, adding the hashtags: “#mumtum #bodypositivity #realbodies #reality #notpregnant #weightlossjourney #weightloss #weightgain #curves #progress.”
A Place In The Sun is on 3pm weekdays on Channel 4.
