“To find out more and for a chance to take part in ‘We’ve Got This’, email us by Sunday 19th December with your contact details, a photo and be sure to tell us why you need help to get back on track.”
She finished: “We’ll see you in 2022!”
Fans of the singer flooded the comment section, as La1986 wrote: “You’re a real life Angel.”
George remarked: “So magnificent.”
Kerrie Anne added: “Louise looks stunning as usual. Amazing woman who is gorgeous.”
Louise is gearing up to take part in an initiative alongside life coach Paul Wharton and Lorraine.
The aim is to give viewers a chance to makeover their lives ahead of the New Year whether it’s getting your career back on track, dating or being in need of a confidence boost.
Louise took the opportunity to offer her advice on how to “transform your life in 2022,” during Wednesday’s episode of Lorraine.
The singer, who split from her husband Jamie in 2017, will be working out what “people really need”.
Speaking on the show, she said: “We are really gonna try and focus on 2022 being the most positive year yet!”

Louise replied: “You have to learn. You have to work out what makes you move onto the next step.”
Addressing how she and Paul are helping others get their mojo back, Louise explained: “For us, it’s making sure we spend time with people, you know, that haven’t been out of the house, haven’t had a job interview for years.
“They’ve lost their confidence of walking into a room and knowing that they’re capable and they’re okay.
“I speak to so many people all the time who say, ‘oh I just wish I could do this, I wish I could do that.’ What we’re saying is ‘you can!'”
Alluding to the coronavirus pandemic, the mum-of-two added: “The last few years have knocked people for so many reasons.”
Louise split from her former husband Jamie after 19 years of marriage.
