Former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes has been open about her weight loss after losing eight stone following a gastric sleeve surgery.
In the latest snaps of the star, she beamed as she enjoyed a fun day out with son Frankie at the National Coal Mining Museum.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, she posted a collection of photos from the day with her three year old son, who she shares with former partner Ryan Oates.
Wearing a light blue jumpsuit for the day out, she posted snaps of herself and Frankie playing on a climbing frame with the caption: “Insta vs Reality
“Frankie and I went to the coal mining museum the other day. I can’t believe that in a couple of weeks he turns 4 then a few days later he STARTS SCHOOL.
"Do any of you guys feel like your youngest are still just babies when actually they’re growing so fast into little humans?!
“I never get to take many photos when I’m out with the kids because a) I have to pay them 20p per photo and b) they both think they’re too cool to have pics with their “embarrassing mum”.
"I don’t know how people can be so organised and their kids so obedient they are actually able to get loads of lovely pics. I have a job on just getting us all sorted and out of the house lol”.
Chanelle has been candid on social media about her weight loss, telling fans that she is the “most content” she has ever felt about her body.
In a post discussing the transformation, she told fans about the names she had called herself in the past and encouraged people to promote self love.

She wrote: "I’ve realised over the past few years that I am what I tell myself I am. When I was bigger, I thought of myself as “ugly”, “the funny, fat friend”, “not worthy”, “disgusting”,"
"But even when I was a size 6, weighing under 7 stone I still felt not good enough and was constantly comparing myself to others who were that bit prettier or thinner, smarter or more popular. I don’t confess to be magically “fixed” and to hold the secrets to learning to being happy all of the time.
"But every single day since 1st August 2020 I have told myself I am good enough, I am smart enough, I am pretty enough, I am HOT STUFF.”
Chanelle finished: "I don’t care whether anybody agrees, I compete only with myself and achieve only for myself.
"I’m not happy everyday, I have bad moods and negative days but I am the most content with myself I have ever been in my life. I hate these kind of posts preaching to people and I’m not bragging, I am just so grateful that I feel like I’ve got my life back again. #selflove,"
