Dion Dublin has presented Homes Under the Hammer since 2015 – but before his stint on TV, he was a footballer. Capped four times for England, he also played for Manchester United, Coventry City, Millwall, Aston Villa, Leicester City and Celtic. The 51-year-old is also an amateur percussionist, even inventing his own instrument called “The Dube”. But what is known of the former footballer’s family life?
Who is Dion Dublin married to?
Dion is married to wife Louise Dublin although it is not known when the pair tied the knot.
Not much is known of his marriage as he tends to keep his private life away from his career within the spotlight.
However, he has previously given an insight into his family life on social media.

Back in August, Dion shared a sweet snap of him and Louise as they were out on a walk together, captioning the post: “Saturday afternoon stroll in Caldy #CaldyHill off to West Kirby now for……. yes you guessed it #scoops.”
Away from his family life, Dion is currently presenting as part of Homes Under The Hammer alongside Martel Maxwell and Martin Roberts.
He began presenting the popular daytime property show in 2015.
Dion has previously spoken of the reaction to presenting the show having a background as a footballer.
During an interview in 2018, he said: “It was a surprising move for a footballer, I suppose.
“I got a bit of stick off my old team-mates, who said things like, ‘What do you know?’ and ‘I can’t get rid of you, you’re there every time I turn on my TV.’
“Even now, people still tweet occasionally and say, ‘What is Dion Dublin doing?’ But most of it’s been in good humour.”
He continued to talk of how he wouldn’t change how he started his career.

“If you know what it’s taken to get there, you appreciate it so much more than if you’re given it all on a plate.”
Dion started his career at Norwich City before moving to Cambridge United on a free loan.
He soon reached the Premier League, where he scored 111 goals and played for many clubs including Manchester United, Aston Villa and Leicester City.
Dion retired from his footballing career in 2008 where he later worked as a pundit for Sky and the BBC.
