BBC Breakfast presenter, Naga Munchetty, 46, posted a cheeky photograph to her 264,000 Twitter followers on Christmas Day. The snap in question featured a large carrot which was slightly deformed and looked a bit rude.

The carrot made her fans giggle as it looked like two legs with something between them.

Naga shared the original photograph from journalist Harry Cole and captioned the tweet: “I know… I’m childish. Don’t care.

“Happy Christmas Dinner cooking x.”

Her followers loved the racy snap and many took to the comments to share their thoughts.

Dave Finnigan wrote: “Merry Christmas Naga, carrots will always be humorous lol.”

User Chris the Red joked: “Dare you to have it as a news item next week.”

Robert Mitchell said: “We’re all allowed to snigger, if it amuses, surely? Cancelling childish humour would be one woke step too far!”

Many others took the opportunity to share some cheeky food snaps of their own.

@MikeTattooed replied with a photograph of cookies he tried to cut into the shape of a lighthouse. However, they did not turn out as planned and resembled something far more x-rated instead.

Steve White shared a snap of a very peculiar looking pepper which looked extremely rude when cut in half.

And Diane Davies sent a photo of a potato which looked like a heart on one side, but when turned over looked very racy.

It comes after Naga was inundated with support from fans after she said goodbye to her “partner in mischief”, Ben Thompson.
