Ferne McCann reveals she’s looking for a husband after Jordan Hames romance ‘fizzles out’ – EXCLUSIVE

Ferne McCann has revealed she's looking for a husband after her brief romance with Love Island's Jordan Hames "fizzled out."

In an exclusive chat with OK!, the former TOWIE star, who is mum to 23-month-old Sunday, opened up about why things didn't work out between the pair.

"We’re at totally different stages in our lives and it fizzled out," she revealed. "Deep down I know I can’t just be snogging Love Islanders, I need to be looking for a husband! I'm looking for love."

Ferne, 29, admits that she and Jordan, 24, did meet up after they were spotted kissing at an event in London last month, but it wasn't meant to be. "We went for a cup of tea at the Ham Yard Hotel and my friend was there. It wasn’t an official date, we were just both in London. Everyone married me off after we kissed but it’s not a thing any more," she said.

The reality star has previously told OK! that she's looking for someone who is "kind" and "older". "[I'm looking for] A kind person who has the same interests as me, and who I can have an adult relationship with. I'm sick and tired of lust. Maybe an older man because I've always gone for younger guys."

Ferne revealed that while her love life "changes from day to day", she is currently chatting to a few potential suitors and some days they "come like buses"'

"There’s one boy who’s the front runner but I still don’t think I’ve met the one yet," she said. "I’ve just surrendered now. I felt ready to meet someone but I was putting too much pressure on myself about being 30 next year. I’m happy and content and I need to start focusing on what I’ve got. I have an amazing daughter and I’m in the process of moving."

Ferne's move from a flat in Brentwood to a house will be documented on the new series of her ITVBe show, First Time Mum. "I’ve found a house in Essex. It’s scary because my house has been my safe haven. Sunday took her first steps there," she told OK!.

She also discussed what else we can expect to see the fourth time around. "It’s warts and all, with the highs and lows of being a single parent. Sunday brings all the cuteness and you’ll also see my love life," she said.

The fitness addict admits however that Sunday, who turns two on November 2, has already started the "terrible twos". Opening up about her worst terrible two moment so far, Ferne said: "She’s gone to bite me a few times. I feel uncomfortable even saying that. It can be really soul destroying because there are times when I think, have I failed?. She added: 'I tell her no, but all kids go through the smacking and biting stage. It’s a form of communication for a toddler. That’s what I like to tell myself, anyway."
