I’m A Celeb’s James Haskell unveils ripped abs after gruelling jungle diet

James Haskell seemed to be the star hit by hunger the most in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

But it looks like that gruelling diet of rice and beans has left him more ripped than ever.

After he was booted out of the camp last night, James posed up for a sexy shirtless snap as he tucked into a slice of pizza and a bottle of beer.

After struggling to cope with the rice and bean and sucking every inch of meat from the bones on his plate and everyone else's, the rugby star certainly deserves a treat.

James, who is married to Chloe Madeley, took to Instagram to show his fans how he was settling back into life in the outside world.

The 34-year-old said: "Thank you so much to everyone who voted for me! Sadly I didn’t make the cut but I loved every second of my @imacelebrity experience!

"The most important thing to me is the opinion and respect of my fellow camp mates, with whom I have lived for the last 17 days. I was truly touched and humbled by their reactions this morning in camp.

"Also cannot thank @andrewismaxwell , @adeleroberts and @cliffparisi enough for their amazingly kind and generous words to me today.

"Here’s to another slice, and on to the next adventure"

In the snap, James is looking super fit with his washboard abs on full display.

Many people who enter the jungle end up losing weight due to the basic diet.

His fans couldn't get over how ripped he looked, with many leaving a string of fire emojis in the comments.

"Glad to see you're treating yourself right after your return," one told him.
