Jeremy Clarkson sparked an uproar with fans after he recently shared an update about filming the second series of Clarkson’s Farm. Viewers are desperate to see more of Jeremy’s life working on his farm after the show has become hugely popular.

Ever since Clarkson’s Farm hit Amazon Prime Video, viewers have gone wild for Jeremy Clarkson’s friendship with farm manager Kaleb Cooper, Charlie Ireland and Gerald Cooper.

The 61-year-old has since urged fans of the show to send their complaints to bosses at Amazon after he shared there are currently no plans to film another series.

Fans have been begging for a second show and have since launched a petition to get Clarkson’s Farm back on the streaming giant’s platform.

A loyal supporter, Yasmin Pattle, created the petition “Give Clarkson’s farm series 2 or a running tv series” at Change.Org and has already received over 150 signatures.

Yasmin wrote: “If you have watched the educational yet humorous Clarkson’s farm series 1 and felt like you needed to see more of him please sign this petition.”

“Let’s make Amazon realise the amount of users they are missing out on. Clarkson has released a statement to say that should we want a second series we will need to try writing to complain to Amazon.”

She concludes, rallying fellow fans: “Let’s keeps this active and at the forefront of Amazon Prime videos ‘to do list’. Get signing for some more humorous ‘winging it’ style farming tv with the one and only Clarkson.”

Fans rushed to comment after signing the petition, as one penned: “Best series on Amazon Prime! We need a second series.”

Another wrote: “Best thing I’ve watched in years.”

A third added: “The best show we’ve watched in ages, I’ve learnt more about farming and appreciate how much work farmers have just by watching Clarkson bumble about on his farm and get told off by someone a third of his age!”

Express.co.uk has contacted Amazon Prime for comment.

Clarkson’s Farm aired on Amazon Prime last month and has become an instant hit with viewers.

The show gives a hilarious insight into Jeremy’s life running his farm on the Cotswolds.

With no previous farming experience, viewers can see the trials and tribulations Jeremy faces including disobedient animals, an unexpected pandemic and unresponsive crops.

The first series provided tonnes of entertainment for viewers, with Jeremy even tweeting about how overwhelmed he has been by the support.

However, it also highlighted how his farm was an “expensive failure” according to the presenter, as he revealed he made an annual profit of £114 in its first year.

Earlier this week, Jeremy took to Twitter and opened up about the possibility of a second series.

Jeremy was asked by one Twitter follower: “Can you confirm if the rumours are true that they are shooting series 2?!”

The host replied: “No. We aren’t. Write to Amazon, it’s their decision.”

Clarkson’s Farm is available to stream on Amazon Prime Video now.
