Prince Harry’s look of love as Meghan makes him blush with ’emotional’ speech

Royal fans were delighted after the Sussexes shared a look of love at the One Young World summit in Manchester on Monday.

Meghan Markle made Prince Harry blush as she spoke about her life-changing new roles as mother and wife to a crowd of 2000 at the Bridgewater Hall.

The 41 year old said she was “thrilled” to have her husband by her side during their return to the UK since relinquishing their duties as working royals.

Meghan first addressed the audience by saying: "You are the future, but I would like to add that you are also the present. You are the ones driving the positive change we need across the world, now, in this very moment."

The emotional speech caused her supporters to immediately express their thoughts on social media.

One user tweeted: “What a beautiful speech from her” another fan gushed: “Harry wanted to cry, he was so proud !”

A third quipped: “Meghan has such a warm, intelligent, and compelling presence. So wonderful to have her on the world stage, advocating for great causes.”

“Articulate, smart and excellent speaker! All that plus her legendary beautiful face! A Queen,” a fourth person wrote.”

“Harry and Meghan. What an amazing speech by the Duchess of Sussex. Youths, the world is yours!” chimed a fifth.


The pair beamed with pride as they sat side by side at the event which saw young leaders from more than 190 countries gathered together to raise awareness and celebrate achievements.

There were moments when Meghan and Harry gazed lovingly into each other’s eyes while clapping and smiling during the opening ceremony and speeches inside the auditorium.

The former actress looked stunning in an all-red attire meanwhile Harry looked ever the affectionate husband as he leaned toward her while wearing a dapper suit with a white shirt and dark tie.

During Meghan's speech, she about how her life “changed rather significantly” in 2019, saying: “I was now married and I was now a mum. I’m thrilled that my husband is able to join me this time to see first-hand my respect for this organisation.”

She continued: “I was the girl from Suits. I was surrounded by world leaders and I was invited to pull up a seat at the table. I wasn't sure that I belonged. I doubted whether I was deserving to have a seat at the table.”

The Sussexes are said to have arrived on British soil on Saturday, 3 September ahead of their European tour. And the summit was their first public appearance in the UK since attending the Queen's Platinum Jubilee in June.
