Charlotte Hawkins stunned on the Strictly Come Dancing dancefloor back in 2017 with her professional dance partner Brendan Cole before they were the third couple to leave the competition.
And while the Good Morning Britain newsreader, 46, said she would have "loved" to have had the chance to learn more challenging dance routines with Brendan, 45, she admitted she doesn't watch it week in week out when it's on the TV.
Speaking to OK! in an exclusive interview, Charlotte took a look back on her time on the BBC programme as she shared: "It’s really funny, whenever I hear the music on the TV, it sends a shiver down my spine. It brings it all back!
"I’ve watched snippets but I don’t sit down to watch it every week," she adds. "I think you see it in a different light once you’ve been on it yourself and you know what all the contestants are going through."
Charlotte went on to say: "It's a brilliant entertainment show. I would have loved to be on it for longer."
The mum of one to six year old Ella-Rose then revealed she is still in touch with Brendan after he was "sacked" from the show in 2018.
"We send each other messages, it’s lovely to catch up with him every now and then," she continued. "I still bump into people. I saw Alexandra Burke the other day."
Charlotte explained that she often sees many of her fellow co-stars as she added: "The nice thing is that you always have that connection with people you spent that much time with doing Strictly.
"It’s lovely to see the people again with who you have shared that journey with. It’s like a special members club that you can get together with whenever you see them and reminisce."
Brendan, who will be competing on this year's Dancing On Ice, told ITV's Lorraine that his departure from the show in 2018 was an "editorial decision", adding: "This is quite hard to talk about. The BBC haven’t renewed my contract – we get renewed year on year – and they made an editorial decision not to have me back on the show.

"I’m a little bit in shock. I’m quite emotional, a bit raw about it."
He continued: "I’ve always known this day would come… I’m sure I’ll never know the ins and outs. I’m a very strong character within the show, I have my strong views.”
The Classic FM host then spoke to us about hosting Christmas with André – a Christmas concert celebrating the spirit of the season with an evening of melodies and Christmas carols.
"This concert is really special. It’s at the winter palace in his hometown of Maastricht," she shared. "There’s going to be snow, plenty of Christmas excitement, a host of special guests and all of the Christmas classics people can watch and enjoy for themselves."
Charlotte went on: "Andre is a fabulous entertainer, and even if people aren’t able to see him live, particularly with all the travel restrictions at the moment, it will be available to watch in your local cinema where you can see it all in its glory from home.
"I’ve worked with Andre for the last 10 years, and all of his concerts are spectacular. So hopefully this year, as everyone is getting back into normality, we will see people throwing themselves into the Christmas spirit."
Christmas With André screens in cinemas nationwide on 4th and 5th December. For tickets visit andreincinemas.com
