Case closed? Paul Hollywood’s ex-girlfriend Summer Monteys-Fullam has allegedly decided not to sue the Great British Bake Off judge

A source told The Sun: ‘Summer is determined to draw a line under the whole break-up. It’s been stressful for them both and she has decided to just drop the action against Paul.

‘It’s probably better for them both if they just move on rather than drag out what’s been a bitter break-up through the court. She just wanted him to delete his online posts, which he has, so as far as she’s concerned it’s done.’

MailOnline has approached a rep for Summer for comment.

This comes as Summer landed back in the UK over the weekend, after jetting abroad for a few days with her sister Crystal, 16.

Summer took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal she was ‘hidden away’, while insisting she has ‘no regrets’ in a Q and A with followers.

She teased her latest venture, posting a photo of her with a script, after declaring her interest in becoming an actress.

Gazing down at a blurred out script, she posted: ‘On holiday having an amazing time with my sister, never thought I’d be reading a script in the sun.’

Not giving anything away about the location of her holiday destination abroad, Summer revealed to fans: ‘I’m having the best holiday. I’m here with my sister. I’m hidden.’

The former barmaid also alluded to her break-up with Paul as she was asked about how she maintained a positive outlook on life in the wake of her split.

‘I look up to my mother a huge amount and everything she does I take on board,’ Summer said.

Cheers to that! A source said that ‘Summer is determined to draw a line under the whole break-up. It’s been stressful for them both and she has decided to just drop the action against Paul’

‘I won’t ever change whatever the weather. I have no regrets. Not in anything. I don’t think it’s good to have regrets, you do things for a reason.’

Summer added: ‘My life motto is to be happy and put aside negativity because your happiness overrides anything that’s bad.

‘I think it’s always good to stay positive and smile you do those things you’ll always be happy.’

While Summer is spending time with her sisters, Great British Bake Off judge Paul has turned his attentions to Lithuanian actress Bria Vinaite, 26, who he has followed on Instagram.

The television presenter has been busy liking a series of Bria’s provocative images, adding to the speculation that he has his eye on the starlet.

In July, the couple called it quits after the presenter asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement to prevent her from discussing their relationship.
