Expert reveals the hack that will get you inside any Costco even if you don't have a membership

IF YOU ever felt left out of the member-exclusive wholesale food chain Costco, you may want to listen up.

An expert has revealed the trick that will let you shop at Costco without being a member.

The expert, named Zachary Burrabel, took to TikTok to reveal the useful hack.

“Do you know if you have a Costco gift card or you wanted to buy one as a gift for somebody, that you don’t have to be a member to use it?” he asked his followers.

He then proceeded to show Costco’s Shop Card FAQ page to prove his tip true.

“Nonmembers, as well as members, may use Costco Shop Cards to shop at any Costco location in the U.S., Canada, or Puerto Rico, as well as online at Costco.com and Costco.ca,” the site reads.

Plus, you can even use the shop card on gas, which is notoriously cheap at Costco.

The shopping expert then let viewers in on a few more shopping secrets at the wholesale store.

Costco’s shopping policy states that while in the store, only Visa credit cards can be accepted – but there’s a workaround.

“You can see here, [at the] warehouse, the only credit cards are Visa,” the TikToker said as he pulled up the store’s policy.

“However, at Costco.com [you can use] MasterCard and Discover.”

Zachary added that non-members can go to Costco to take advantage of their “cheap” eye exams, too.

“You also don’t need to be a member to use their pharmacy. And you can even do that online or at the warehouse,” he noted.

Zachary is one of many who have taken to the internet to let anyone and everyone know the best shopping hacks.

Thrifty mother Becky Guiles, the self-proclaimed “Most Frugal Mom in America,” shared with The Sun her top ways to cut thousands of dollars from your Target receipts.

Some of her must-do tips include shopping with Target’s RedCard, taking advantage of the store’s price match guarantee, and always scanning barcodes to see if the item you’re wanting to purchase has extra unmarked savings.

Another savvy shopper suggested that shoppers buy gift cards during their first grocery run of the month.

The gift card is then used to replace perishable items throughout the month, but the items purchased can not exceed the amount left on the gift card.

This is her secret to not overspending at the grocery store.
