THERE has been lots to like about 2021 – especially when it comes to celebrity snaps.

Now Instagram has revealed the ten most popular pics and videos on the social platform this year.

Paris Saint Germain footballer Lionel Messi dominates the list with his move from Barcelona, signing in France and winning the Copa America with Argentina.

Pop star Billie Eilish’s new sexier look had fans liking her snaps in their droves too. But who else made the top ten? Katy Docherty brings you the most popular posts featuring the most liked celebrities.

1. Ronaldo’s twins

THE Manchester United forward, 36, posted an ultrasound pic showing his Argentine model girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, 27, was expecting twins.

The dad-of-four wrote: “Delighted to announce we are expecting twins.

“Our hearts are full of love – we can’t wait to meet you.”
