Sophie, Countess of Wessex is a patron of the Vision Foundation. She joined the vision loss charity on a tandem cycle with a group of visually impaired cyclists.
The mother of two looked chic in blue for the ride, the colours of the charity.
She matched the blue of the shirt with white trainers with blue detail.
The Countess wore simple jewellery, including a small pendant on a gold chain around her neck with a glassy stone in it.
The necklace appeared to be part of a set with her earrings.
The Countess’s blue eyes were highlighted by the hue of her sporty ensemble.
The royal wore a pair of three-quarter-length leggings, sensible for cycling.
Later, she added a blue fleece to fight off the chill.
Sophie has worked with Vision Foundation and a number of other sight loss-focused charities. She has been a Global Ambassador for the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness since 2003.

She has been a fan of the sport for a number of years.
Sophie wore a royal blue trilby hat decorated with pheasant feathers.
Lady Louise stunned in a blue jacket, which once belonged to her great grandfather.
Fans were quick to comment on the young royal’s day out.
“A confident and beautiful Lady Louise! She reminds me so much of a young QEII,” one fan said.
