If you’ve been anywhere near the internet recently, you’ll likely have spied the tortilla wrap hack everyone’s currently obsessed with.
It’s super simple, but completely life-changing.
Rather than bundling up your tortilla like a little burrito, you instead cut one line from the centre, then add different fillings to each quarter.
Fold around and you’ll have a little triangle that you can pop in the sandwich toaster.
We’ve seen all sorts of takes on the trend, including a sweet crepe option and a delicious breakfast wrap, and now Asda has got involved.
Their version of the wrap hack is a pizza style tortilla – and it’s super cheap and easy to make.
All you’ll need is a pack of tortilla wraps, some tomato sauce, cheese, and pepperoni (or whatever pizza topping you usually go for).
The recipe is pretty intuitive, but in case you need a step by step guide, start with making a slit from the centre of the wrap to the edge.
Add some grated mozzarella on your first segment, then spoon on tomato sauce next to it.
Then add your pepperoni, followed by filling the final segment with more cheese.
Fold your way around so the segments are all on top of each other, then place in your sandwich toaster until all the cheese is melted and the meat is cooked.
There’s lunch sorted.
