If you’re craving a sweet treat and feel like getting a little fancier than just shoving some biscuits in your mouth, this recipe for Lotus Biscoff mousse is a great shout.
Created by Eloise Head, the founder of Fitwaffle Kitchen, the recipe is super easy, requires no baking, and needs just two ingredients.
And yes, it uses Lotus Biscoff spread, and we’re yet to find anyone who doesn’t like that.
But if you aren’t a fan, Eloise says you can swap the spread out for Nutella for a tasty chocolate mousse instead.
‘This is super easy and quick to make and it’s so delicious,’ Eloise wrote on Instagram.
‘I’ve gone on a bit of a Biscoff frenzy recently but if you don’t like Biscoff, this will also work perfectly with Nutella.’

- 375ml double cream
- 150g Lotus Biscoff spread
- Optional: any toppings you’d like
