Premium fast food-inspired restaurant Shake Shack has announced its limited-edition luxury Holiday menu, bringing diners and take-out guests a new range of black truffle food items to the table.
The limited-edition menu will introduce a black truffle burger, black truffle chick’n, and black truffle fries. The three new ways to upgrade your already mouthwatering 100-percent Angus beefburgers, all-natural and antibiotic-free chicken breast chick’n meals, and crinkle-cut fries will also come with a host of other toppings.
For example, the burger will come with Swiss cheese, crispy ShackMeister® Ale-marinated shallots (which are marinated for at least 12 hours), black truffle mayo and arugula, while the chick’n will come with pickled shallots, black truffle mayo, and arugula. The fries follow in the theme of the burger, also coming with crispy ShackMeister® Ale-marinated shallots and black truffle mayo, with a final dashing of scallions.
Shake Shack’s limited-edition luxury menu will be available at its IFC mall, Pacific Place, Times Square, Harbour City, Elements and New Town Plaza outposts in Hong Kong, as well as on the FoodPanda, Uber Eats, OpenRice and Shake Shack delivery platforms.
The burger will cost $65 HKD, the chick’n will cost $62 HKD, and the fries $42 HKD (approx. $8.50/$8/$4.50 USD respectively), and will be available from November 3.
