If you let it, breakfast can become dull.
The same bowl of porridge and fruit quickly becomes boring and there is only so much toast one can eat.
However, a new cookie dough breakfast smoothie bowl may just be your one-way ticket to a breakfast renaissance.
The smoothie bowl was first shared by nutrition brand Tropeaka on its website and TikTok page. Although it may sound like a sugary dessert, it’s a surprisingly healthy recipe.
For ingredients, you will need Tropeaka’s Fit Protein Powder and Cacao Powder, which can be swapped out with the brand of your choice.
Alongside this, you will also add frozen bananas, nut butter, vanilla extract, some ground cinnamon and almond milk.
Simply place all of the ingredients in a blender and when you have the right consistency, pour it into a bowl.
Finally, add your toppings and you have created a delicious early morning option.
Tropeaka added chopped-up bananas, a drizzle of nut butter, cacao nibs and extra nuts but you can add strawberries, coconut flakes and other toppings of your choice.

- 2 small frozen bananas
- 2 tbsp Tropeaka Fit Protein
- 2 tsp Tropeaka Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 heaped tbsp nut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
