Disneyland Paris’s new Frozen themed land looks absolutely incredible

Disneyland Paris is getting a brand new Frozen-themed land in its Walt Disney Studios Park, and fans can get a sneak peek of the magical, immersive offering thanks to concept art released by the park.

For the First Time in Forever, fans of Anna and Elsa will be able to step into the kingdom of Arendelle and discover what life is like in the magical kingdom, complete with Elsa's Ice Palace.

The land will offer snow-capped mountain landscapes, a huge lake at the centre to recreate the kingdom's breathtaking fjord, restaurants and shops (we'll be keeping an eye out for a big summer blowout!).

There will also be a brand new attraction, although Disney has yet to reveal exactly what this will entail…

Other highlights will include those all-important character encounters for little princes and princesses who want to meet Anna, Elsa, Olaf and plenty more of the film's popular characters.

The immersive land is currently a bit of a Fixer Upper, being built as part of a wider multi-year expansion of the Walt Disney Studios Park, which will also feature new areas inspired by Marvel and Star Wars.

At the moment, Disney hasn't yet confirmed an opening date, but it has previously teased that the land will be opened in "the coming years".

The good news is that fans who can't quite Let It Go and want to get their Frozen fix now, there's already plenty on offer at the resort.

In fact, this year the park launched a new Frozen Celebration which will run until the 3rd May and feature a brand new parade float paying tribute to both the original film and the sequel, and some character meet and greets with Olaf at Walt Disney Studios Park.

There is also new attraction Frozen: A Musical Invitation, a live and interactive show which sees the audience helping Anna surprise Elsa at her ice palace – and there are some pretty impressive and immersive sets.
